The purpose of the Non-Profit Association shall be to promote and protect the Constitutional office and Law Enforcement authority of the Grandfathered (Legacied) Constables within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Please send documentation along with your membership application from current and immediate prior election, such as Election Certificate or Appointment Letter (no other documents accepted) verifying you are Grandfathered to applicants@kentuckypca.org

The following criteria has been established by the Board of Directors for the Membership Committee in reviewing applicants: Required documentation submitted with each membership application, any conflict of interest, no moral turpitude and no convicted felons.
